Our coaches are the heart of our programs. By working alongside our youth, our coaches support with growth mindset, failing forward, and relationship building. They also support with creating the projects that we pursue.


  • Executive Director, Coach

    Hi! I’m a Pilipina-American, born in Alaska and raised in the East Bay. In my free time, I love to journal, draw, and play with my dog. I hold a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Southern California and I am also a certified coach pursuing ICF accreditation with my own coaching practice. I also have my own creative practice where I blog, create videos, make art, and build community! Through my coaching and creative practices, my personal mission is to be the person I needed to someone else, so they can be well, pursue their dreams, and thrive.

    Hello! My name is Nataya, but I go by Tay(she/her). I was born in Crescent City and I was officially adopted (at 2) in the Bay Area. My experiences have led me to pursue a career rooted in social justice and education, as I firmly believe education is the best form of freedom. I started my higher education at Spelman College, and I'm now have my B.A in Justice, Community, and Leadership at SMC. In my free time, I enjoy bringing my son into nature/ going to the park

    Hi! My name is Jzov Najea and I am a Black and queer 4th generation Northern Bay Area resident by way of Alexandria and DeRidder Louisiana. I hold a BA in Political Science and African Diaspora Studies from UC San Diego and I have been passionate about youth work and advocacy since I was in high school. I am dedicated to creating safe spaces for youth to express themselves and their creativity through research, community engagement, and creative projects. I am an advocate for youth autonomy and collaborating with young people to create the spaces they need to fulfill their desires.

    Hello! My name is Sophia. I am a 1st generation Asian American born and raised in the Bay Area. I am currently an undergraduate at UC Berkeley studying psychology! I am deeply passionate about advocating for adolescent mental health, and I am dedicated to creating an open, supportive space where young individuals can feel safe and comfortable being vulnerable, sharing their struggles, and seeking the help they need. I am hoping to pursue a MSW degree in child welfare in the future. In my free time, I love going on adventures, playing video games, and hanging out with my dog.

    Hello, I am Daniel Gutierrez. I am 16 years old. I grew up in Oakland playing a wide variety of sports ranging from Boxing to Soccer. One of my favorite hobbies is boxing. I love to box and my favorite boxer is Canelo Alvarez. Another one of my hobbies is collecting and reselling shoes. While being with Seen52 I hope to improve my leadership skills and communication while also gaining some skills that will help me gain independence later on in life.
